Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans, covering all aspects of software quality, including functionality, performance, security, and usability.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, document test results, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior quality engineers, providing technical expertise and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis of software defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve development processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies by researching and implementing industry best practices and new technologies.
• Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for all quality assurance activities.
• Proactively identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on quality-related matters.
