What a day in the life looks like:
Attend to users by telephone, e-mail or open tickets in the tools used by the company.
Analyze incidents/problems in depth, with the aim of finding the root cause and definitive solution
Consult technical documentation and alternative sources of information, simulating/testing problems in the environment
Preparing program content and teaching material and passing on knowledge to other team members
Being responsible for or supporting the management of service levels agreed with clients
What you bring to this team:
3 years' experience in technical customer support
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas.
Intermediate knowledge of databases
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and network concepts
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage them
Intermediate knowledge of programming logic (Ability to interpret developed code)
