What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in health information systems, information technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare technology or integration management
• Experience with EHR integrations (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or others) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in APIs (RESTful, SOAP) and technical languages like JSON, XML, and/or SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Basic understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, X12, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare compliance standards
