The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will aid in leading and shaping recruitment efforts including, driving strategic talent initiatives, mentoring, guiding new and existing talent acquisition partners on best practices and processes. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will also have a responsibility to partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers on critical hiring needs. A Brief Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will aid in leading and shaping recruitment efforts including, driving strategic talent initiatives, mentoring, guiding new and existing talent acquisition partners on best practices and processes. Role will also be responsible for conducting high level sourcing and networking to attract high value targeted candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will also have a responsibility to partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers on critical hiring needs. What you will do
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and create a long-term strategic hiring plan.
  • Serve as key advisor to hiring managers and HR Business partners about recruiting, by recommending recruitment best practices, providing industry trends, filling critical talent gaps etc.
  • Partner with hiring and organizational leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Lead complex offer negotiations for highly sought-after, expensive talent.
  • Focused on Critical, complex, and executive-level healthcare positions (e.g., Physician/Providers, Executive/Director-level leaders, Nurse & Imaging leaders, specialized research and laboratory roles).
  • Developing long-term talent pipelines and market intelligence reports.
  • Align TA strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Participate in recruitment events at job fairs, universities, community groups, schools etc. as needed.
  • Provide mentorship, and training to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition Partners to help them grow their skillset.
  • Participate in special projects as designated by talent acquisition leadership.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment processes.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/Management
Experience Qualifications
  • 3-5 years Human Resources Must have at least four (4) years of recruiter/talent acquisition partner or staffing agency recruitment experience in a full cycle environment.
  • Preferred: Healthcare industry/hospital experience.
  • Substitution: High School/GED equivalent and a combination of eight (8) years of relevant human resources and recruitment experience in lieu of education and experience requirement.
Skills and Abilities
  • Specialized in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics.
  • Demonstrate technology mastery with AI-powered tools, like LinkedIn Recruiter, Radancy Talent Cloud, Indeed Smart Sourcing etc.
  • Have demonstrable experiences utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, deploying text and email campaigns.
  • Proficient in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Skilled in candidate and req management.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge & ability to communicate on industry trends and market conditions with Hiring Leaders.
  • Expert in negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Adaptable to hiring demands and organizational goals.
  • Proficient in crafting & implementing employment branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Experienced with CRM systems to track and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Demonstrates high influence on candidates through showcasing the values of working with the organization.
Supervision Provided by this Position
  • There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities associated with this position.
Physical Demands
  • The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
  • Must have good balance and coordination.
  • The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
  • The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
