Our partner company is a specialized lead‑generation agency for home improvement contractors, helping remodeling businesses generate more high‑quality leads through data‑driven digital marketing. They use targeted social media ads, PPC campaigns, video advertising, programmatic placements, and optimized landing pages to drive conversions. Their focus is on delivering better‑quality leads, improving ROI, and providing full transparency through real‑time performance dashboards.
We’re looking for a highly dependable and analytical Ads Campaign Manager / Strategist to own the full lifecycle of Meta and Google Ads campaigns. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns that generate high‑intent leads and strong ROI.
This role blends technical execution, performance analysis, and strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including creative, CRO, and account management—to enhance funnel performance, improve landing pages, and drive better results through strategic testing and optimization.
This is a long‑term role for someone who is reliable, organized, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow into a key player on the team.
Your performance will directly shape how clients acquire customers and scale revenue. Through daily optimization and data‑driven decisions, you’ll help reduce costs, improve lead quality, and strengthen campaign ROI. As you demonstrate consistent excellence and dependability, leadership will entrust you with deeper ownership and strategic responsibilities.
