About the Company

Our partner company is a specialized lead‑generation agency for home improvement contractors, helping remodeling businesses generate more high‑quality leads through data‑driven digital marketing. They use targeted social media ads, PPC campaigns, video advertising, programmatic placements, and optimized landing pages to drive conversions. Their focus is on delivering better‑quality leads, improving ROI, and providing full transparency through real‑time performance dashboards.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly dependable and analytical Ads Campaign Manager / Strategist to own the full lifecycle of Meta and Google Ads campaigns. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns that generate high‑intent leads and strong ROI.

This role blends technical execution, performance analysis, and strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including creative, CRO, and account management—to enhance funnel performance, improve landing pages, and drive better results through strategic testing and optimization.

This is a long‑term role for someone who is reliable, organized, detail‑oriented, and ready to grow into a key player on the team.

Your Impact

Your performance will directly shape how clients acquire customers and scale revenue. Through daily optimization and data‑driven decisions, you’ll help reduce costs, improve lead quality, and strengthen campaign ROI. As you demonstrate consistent excellence and dependability, leadership will entrust you with deeper ownership and strategic responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution (35%)
  • Develop and implement full‑funnel Meta and Google Ads strategies.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Build and test audiences, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and funnel assessments.
2. Performance Optimization (25%)
  • Analyze performance daily to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
  • Execute structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and conversion event issues.
  • Collaborate with the CRO team to improve landing page performance.
3. Account Ownership & Reporting (20%)
  • Maintain organized and scalable ad account structures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and tagging across platforms.
  • Identify scaling opportunities while monitoring risks or inefficiencies.
4. Creative & Messaging Collaboration (10%)
  • Brief creative teams on required formats and data‑backed concepts.
  • Provide insights for new angles, messaging, and tests.
  • Align ad creative with landing page experiences.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration (10%)
  • Work closely with senior ads specialists, CRO, creatives, and account managers.
  • Participate in onboarding, internal training, and workshops.
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal playbooks.
Must‑Have
  • 2–4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in one platform + familiarity with the other.
  • Proven experience reducing CPL, improving lead quality, and scaling campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, CRO, and tracking.
  • Highly dependable, consistent, organized, and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent English communication skills (internal collaboration‑focused).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets at once.
  • Self‑directed, proactive, and quick to ramp without heavy supervision.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience in home improvement, contractor niches, or local lead generation.
  • Experience collaborating with creative or CRO teams.
  • Familiarity with automation rules or scripts.
  • Agency or AdTech background.
  • Experience with YouTube Ads or advanced audience strategies.
