As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at DiDi, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on scaling our Middle Platform across LATAM. You\'ll own sourcing strategies and help build high-performing teams by connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.

• Own and lead sourcing strategies and performance for hiring managers across LATAM.
• Partner closely with Recruiters and TC teams to meet monthly hiring goals.
• Develop talent maps and market insights to support strategic org design decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top talent pools for current and future opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends, key players, and competitor intelligence.
• Train and advise hiring managers on sourcing best practices and interviewing.
• Support hiring across global functions such as Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing, and PR when needed.

• Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean Search, OCC, etc.).
• Strong project management and organizational skills — ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Fluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese are highly desirable.
• Self-starter, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
