The Role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to manage the sourcing and recruitment process for assigned roles.
  • Apply creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify, connect with, and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive market research, networking events, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies or search firms when outsourcing is needed.
  • Represent the organization professionally to candidates and external partners.
  • Support hiring managers through all stages of recruitment, including developing job descriptions, identifying candidates, managing the candidate experience, and negotiating offers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and candidate progress.
  • Stay informed about market trends and provide insights into the talent landscape and competitive hiring environment.
Ideal Profile
  • Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in recruitment, either as an in-house recruiter or through an agency.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment or working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong track record in candidate sourcing, generation, and assessment.
  • Proficiency in conducting internet-based research and using professional networking platforms.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with specific platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting hiring for product-focused or technology-driven teams is a plus.
