A global communications leader in São Paulo is seeking an Inside Service Sales Representative to manage customer accounts and drive revenue retention. The role involves working collaboratively with sales teams and requires strong communication and organizational skills. This role is key in the retention and growth of our service business, managing existing Customer and Partner accounts in their designated region. The Inside Service Sales Representative is responsible for proactively working with their assigned accounts to retain revenue and identify opportunities to expand relationships. Throughout the customer cycle, the Inside Service Sales Representative will utilize tools, data, and additional resources to maintain customer retention and secure annual revenue growth.
This position requires you to work on shift: 11am - 8pm or 12pm - 9pm
