A globally recognised leading luxury retailer is seeking an Arabic speaking Digital Manager. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Manager.

Actively participate in the development and implementation of the digital communication strategy. Responsible for building the brand online through the implementation of rigorous online marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring and converting potential customers and increase exposure. A significant expertise in digital & social media is required with an experience in Luxury industry.

• Assist with the development and implementation of annual digital communication plan
• Support Marketing & Communication Manager in defining the overall digital strategy for the company in the Middle East liaising
• Improve brand share of voice by proposing digital related media and marketing contributions

• Manage digital agency relationships

  • Coordinate with company’s Headquarters, local agencies to develop, budget, push and implement local digital advertising strategy
  • Liaise with headquarters on all creative asset development and approvals
  • Improve SEM results including keyword strategy, budget allocations, creative testing across desktop, mobile and tablet platforms
  • Coordinate with media agency on continued optimisations of Wholesale Search Campaigns
  • Follow performance and report results for each campaign by vehicle and make recommendations on future advertising plans
  • Manage and track monthly invoices and budgets for all digital media and production
  • Coordinate, manage and proofread all translation projects related to digital
  • Attend industry events, seminars and networking sessions to keep abreast of digital

• Minimum 4-5 years full-time work experience; previous experience in luxury, traditional and digital advertising, and CRM required.
• Strong digital knowledge including web, mobile and social media; experience working in digital development environments and applying digital best practices.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
• Fluent Arabic & English (written and spoken).

Middle East Zone including India, North Africa and other assigned territories.
