Job Description

Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Script Writer/ Researcher to join our existing programming Team in Dubai office. The Script Writer/ Researcher will be responsible to complete writing assignments that can be used on all the channel platforms, and Translates material from English into Arabic, in addition to maintaining a calendar of the events and the important stories to be used by the programming team as a broadcastable material for the show segments.

Key Accountabilities

Develops and write news stories in Arabic.Monitors English and Arabic news feed and events.Re-writes/translates wire copy, stories for the newscast, teases, and packages.Monitor and translate scripts to classic Arabic.Using newsroom systems, basic editing and graphics.Researches facts and background information for Programming.Reads major newspapers and online services daily.Forwards articles pertinent to the major news of the day.Suggests future stories.
