The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5-8 years of experience in proposals, particularly with international tenders. Responsibilities include overseeing proposal processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and managing proposal teams. This position requires strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, alongside proficiency in relevant software.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Proposals within Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.
• Experience with international tenders is required.
• Exposure to Engineering Consultancy, EPCm, or EPC proposal development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal process from RFP receipt to submission.
• Prepare key proposal documents and ensure team alignment.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and execution risks.
