As a Senior Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success through meticulous programme development and proactive risk management. You’ll interpret technical documentation to build resilient schedules, identify potential risks early, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
You’ll collaborate across planning, technical, procurement, and construction teams to align methodologies, resources, and logistics — fostering seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, you’ll lead performance tracking and reporting efforts, from establishing baseline resource curves to preparing delay impact assessments and EOT claims.
Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to create, manage, and monitor detailed project schedules. You’ll also provide mentorship to junior planning engineers and support strategic project decisions through accurate data and analysis.
This is a full-time position following a Monday to Saturday work schedule, standard within the industry for site-based roles.
