Job Summary

This role is responsible for the smooth operations of the furniture category storage and other linked operations. This role ensures the seamless handling, storage, and delivery of luxury furniture and interior décor, maintaining exceptional standards of care, accuracy, and efficiency that align with the brand’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of luxury furniture and décor items.
  • Ensures that all product movement within category under responsibility is done as per set SOP.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments ensuring timely receipt, inspection, and documentation when and where applicable.
  • Ensures that products within the category of responsibility are handled according to safety regulations and product nature.
  • Enforce proper packaging, handling, and storage procedures to protect product integrity and finishes.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and handling standards appropriate for high-value products.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment timelines and damage rates.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, space utilization, and cost control without compromising operating standards.
  • Ensure that data reporting is accurate and clear and aligns with the brand standards.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations, preferably within luxury retail, furniture, home décor, or high-value consumer goods.
  • Proven experience supervising warehouse teams and managing daily operational workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with white‑glove delivery, fragile goods handling, or premium customer fulfillment is highly desirable.
  • D‑365 and WMS hands‑on proficiency.
