Job summary
A leading international FX Broker in Dubai is looking for a motivated CRM Specialist to manage CRM operations and improve customer retention strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Excel, and possess a minimum of one year of experience in CRM management. The role involves collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance customer experiences. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM management ideally within the Forex or financial industry.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High analytical ability with experience working with complex datasets and customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM system including implementation, maintenance, and workflow configuration.
