Job description
Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating appointments by calling leads and assisting with CRM management, WhatsApp messaging, and WhatsApp automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and WhatsApp messaging.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Patience and resilience in handling customer rejections and objections.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with IT services and products.
- Experience with automation tools and software.
