Job summary
An automotive industry leader is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative for their After Market team in Dubai. The role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and driving aftersales growth by promoting service solutions. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or aftersales support and familiarity with SAP. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to long-term customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or aftersales support.
- Working knowledge of SAP for quotations, order processing, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
Responsibilities
