We’re looking forexperienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our Off-Plan Sales Division. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in real estate or sales who are passionate about investment properties and closing high-value deals in a competitive market.
- Sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to investors and end-users
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and campaigns
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives
- Present suitable projects, highlighting payment plans, ROI, location, and floor plans
- Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and legal regulations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, developer events, and briefings
- Minimum2 years of experiencein real estate or direct sales (off-plan preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, especially off-plan developments
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
- Must be in Dubai or willing to relocate prior to joining
