We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Project Director with a minimum of 20 years of expertise in the construction industry to join our esteemed organization. This leadership role is designed for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Director will oversee multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities :

• Direct and manage all phases of multiple high-value construction projects from initial planning and design through to completion. Provide overall leadership for project teams to ensure success at every stage.
• Strategic Planning & Execution :
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Proactively monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors. Ensure all parties are informed, satisfied, and aligned with project goals.

Requirements :

• Experience :
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in construction project management , with at least 10 years in a leadership role . Proven success managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $10 million .
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Civil Engineering , Architecture , or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Leadership & Team Management :
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to influence, motivate, and guide diverse teams to achieve project goals and overcome challenges.
• Communication Skills :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present project information, reports, and updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Construction Knowledge :
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, building codes , safety standards , and best practices . Proven experience overseeing projects in various construction sectors such as commercial , residential , and infrastructure .
• Project Management Software Proficiency :
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore , MS Project , Primavera P6 ) and budgeting / forecasting tools . Strong ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation :
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to anticipate potential issues and implement corrective actions quickly to ensure project success.
