Job summary
A growing construction firm in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential projects. The role requires 8–12 years of experience, including managing mid to high-rise buildings. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a valid UAE driving license. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 30K AED depending on qualifications.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in construction management.
- Experience with mid to high-rise residential projects.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects.
- Prepare schedules, cost calculations, and financial projections.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Lead and coordinate project teams and training sessions.
Skills
Education
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning (pre-construction stage), design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget.
- Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.
- Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Professionals with 8–12 years’ experience, ideally aged 30–40, with strong exposure to Middle Eastern and South Asian markets (Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, India, Pakistan)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or in any relevant field
- At least 3 years relevant experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects with full-cycle project management expertise
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License and own car
