Bachelor (or preferably Masters) degree in Engineering or in related self-control (Civil, Electric, Mechanical, Digital, Agricultural etc) with ideally a PMP accreditation or any various other job monitoring relevant qualification. 10-- 15 years of job manangement experience in the building industry with at the very least 4 years in a managerial role on a massive tasks.
