The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and lead Agile practices while ensuring timely delivery of product features. Strong experience in product strategy and backlog management is essential. This role offers an opportunity to drive product innovation in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, managing evolving business and technical requirements, and ensuring smooth delivery of value through Agile practices. This role requires a strong understanding of product strategy, stakeholder management, and backlog ownership, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with development teams and internal stakeholders.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and refine product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Requirements & Backlog: Capture, validate, and prioritize requirements; own and manage the product backlog with clear user stories.
- Sprint Planning & Delivery: Set sprint goals, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, communicate updates, and manage risks.
- Agile & Tools: Lead Agile ceremonies and use Azure DevOps (or similar) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
