The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, managing evolving business and technical requirements, and ensuring smooth delivery of value through Agile practices. This role requires a strong understanding of product strategy, stakeholder management, and backlog ownership, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with development teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and refine product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Requirements & Backlog: Capture, validate, and prioritize requirements; own and manage the product backlog with clear user stories.
• Sprint Planning & Delivery: Set sprint goals, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, communicate updates, and manage risks.
• Agile & Tools: Lead Agile ceremonies and use Azure DevOps (or similar) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
