- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and provide guidance to the team on complex sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the medical and industrial sectors.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the companys range of products.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in medical and industrial equipment and supplies.
- Train the team on product features, benefits, and applications to ensure effective customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and quotations.
