Kitchen Equipment Technician
The Kitchen area Professional is responsible for all kitchen equipment upkeep as instructed by the Center Supervisor, adhering to Alpha policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all kitchen tools, chillers, and freezers are properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns.
- Performing preventive maintenance and completing turnover efficiently to meet end-user demands.
- Responding to equipment malfunctions and emergencies.
- Operating in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect health and safety.
- Complying with Alpha Sharjah's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Updating trackers and maintenance applications promptly.
Suitable candidates should be ITI certified with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a catering company or kitchen equipment supplier. Additional requirements include:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in operating maintenance applications is an advantage.
- Committed to providing high levels of customer service.
