A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing within the UAE real estate sector, with a strong background in generating leads and managing campaigns across multiple platforms. Successful candidates must hold a valid UAE Driving License and possess excellent copywriting skills. - Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven background in real estate sales (both primary and secondary market to drive lead generation brand visibility and ROI focused campaigns. The ideal candidate should have UAE real estate market knowledge and hold a valid UAE Driving License.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects (offplan & ready properties)
Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads (FB / IG) TikTok and other platforms
Optimize lead generation funnels and retargeting strategies
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with target audiences
Analyze performance metrics (CPL CTR ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage and grow the company’s online presence (website SEO social media)
Coordinate property photo / video shoots and virtual tours
Write compelling content for listings email campaigns and landing pages
Maintain CRM systems and support lead nurturing workflows
Stay uptodate with trends in digital marketing and UAE real estate
Proven experience in digital marketing within real estate
Minimum 5 6 years of Experience in UAE.
Experience working in both primary and secondary UAE property markets
Strong knowledge of platforms : Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram TikTok LinkedIn
Solid understanding of SEO / SEM email marketing and marketing automation tools
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho or similar)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
UAE Driving License is mandatory
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field preferred
