Kaizen Asset Management Services, based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and innovative Videographer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and has a talent for capturing dynamic footage that showcases our properties and enhances our brand identity. You will work closely with our marketing division to create compelling video content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, property showcases, and corporate events to effectively communicate our brand message.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize video ideas that align with overall marketing strategies.
• Utilize various filming techniques, including interviews, drone shots, and b-roll to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Edit and post-produce video footage, ensuring that all final products are polished and consistent with our visual standards.
• Manage video projects from inception to completion, including planning, scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in videography, implementing new ideas to enhance our content.
• Organize and maintain video footage and project files efficiently to ensure easy access to completed work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in the property or lifestyle sector.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential.
• Ownership of quality video equipment, including cameras, tripods, stabilizers, and microphones.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
• Ability to create engaging video content tailored for social media and digital platforms.
• Experience with drone videography is a plus.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and cinematography principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and to understand project requirements.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
• Ability to work independently while being adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities.
