NodeShift is a Web3 infrastructure aggregator that combines decentralized infrastructure resources such as Compute, GPU, Storage from platforms like Akash, Aethir, Filecoin, and Storj into a seamless, managed cloud solution. It offers a complete AI cloud stack for data storage, GPU-based model training, and inference.

Our mission is to democratize access to AI through decentralized cloud infrastructure.

The company was founded in 2023, backed by Intel, Notion Capital, Oxford University, Arca, Inovo and angels from Palantir and Epic Games. NodeShift is building an ambitious DePIN product with global expansion in its sights, which is why we’re seeking entrepreneurial-minded people to join our mission as part of the initial founding team and become a key part of our success in overtaking the cloud market.

Who are we looking for? Chief Marketing Officer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto DePin space and grow NodeShift to 200k followers per each social media. This role is focused on executing high-impact growth strategies, particularly in Web3 infrastructure ecosystems, while attracting the right audience and building strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience with traders, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), exchanges, and community campaigns.

This is a highly execution-focused role, requiring direct involvement in growth initiatives and campaigns, not just team management. The position involves working closely with the executive team, primarily based in Abu Dhabi (preference for candidates who are based in the UAE).

Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute user growth campaigns with a focus on attracting the correct audience, particularly traders, institutional traders and crypto users.
  • Campaign Execution: Be hands‑on in managing Web3-focused marketing initiatives, such as community campaigns, Point Programs, Airdrops and incentivized user acquisition strategies, Co‑promotions with exchanges and trading platforms.
  • Community and Partnerships: Build and engage a vibrant community of users and influencers while establishing strategic partnerships with professional trading firms, hedge funds, KOLs, and exchanges.
  • Web3 Marketing Expertise: Utilize Web3 tools and methods, including bounty programs, events, and collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Data‑Driven Optimization: Set KPIs, analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
  • Execution‑Focused Role: Actively contribute to the hands‑on execution of campaigns, working directly on deliverables rather than delegating to a team.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in bringing DePIN protocols to market and driving user acquisition and retention through innovative campaigns.
  • Crypto Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the crypto market and the DePIN ecosystem.
  • B2C and B2B Expertise: Proven ability to navigate both consumer‑facing growth strategies and B2B partnership development.
  • Experience with DePIN and KOLs: Background working with infrastructure projects, KOLs, exchanges, and other relevant ecosystem partners.
  • Hands‑On Approach: Ability and willingness to execute campaigns directly, taking a lead role in the delivery of growth initiatives.
  • Community‑Building Skills: Ability to build, nurture, and engage communities in the Web3 space.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
