The Sales and Growth Executive will spearhead the company’s revenue generation strategies by driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and solution-based sales. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing long-term client relationships, and implementing product solutions that align with client needs.

Key Qualifications
  • 2‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce sales, business development, or a related role with a focus on relationship marketing and solution selling.
  • Familiarity with popular e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools for pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
