1. Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with safety standards
2. Coordinate site activities and manage the labor workforce
3. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
4. Communicate with engineers and report daily site progress
5. Resolve on-site issues and maintain project quality standards

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within the UAE
2. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
4. Good leadership and communication skills
