Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of NDT experience in an aviation MRO environment.
• PCN Level II certification in accordance with EN4179/NAS410 (or equivalent).
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior NDT personnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex NDT inspections using various methods.
• Guide technicians on technique application and defect identification.
• Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and in proper working condition.

Skills

Advanced hands-on skills in FPI, MPI, UT, ET

Strong judgement when evaluating deviations

Strong time management

Ability to mentor and guide Level 2 technicians

Education

Associate, vocational, or technical qualification in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, MRO

Bachelors degree preferred

Tools

Digital systems (e.g., SAP, Q-Pulse)
