A leading technical services provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee its technical operations team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, conducting equipment maintenance, and coordinating with departments for service improvement. If you have efficient leadership skills and technical expertise, this role is for you!
Qualifikationen
- 5-10 years of experience in a technical support or technician role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of technical equipment.
- Experience with project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Aufgaben
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for technician tasks.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
