Job summary
A leading marine engineering company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced cost estimator to prepare tender proposals and monitor project budgets. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Civil/Industrial Engineering, have over 3 years of experience in cost estimation, and be proficient in Excel and AutoCAD. Strong analytical skills are essential. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic engineering environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3+ years’ experience in cost estimation or cost control.
- Proficient in Excel & AutoCAD; knowledge of Candy, CostOS, or PlanSwift is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & tender proposals.
- Monitor and control project budgets.
- Analyze supplier & contractor offers.
- Provide periodic financial reports.
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
