• Works closely with New Equipment Sales Engineers, providing support in estimation and sales administration.
• Follows departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work.
• Reviews customer contracts and books them on internal systems as per policy.
• Inspects installation drawings based on customer supplied and standard drawings.
• Estimates materials needed to fulfill contracts against tender specifications.
• Reviews project specifications and identifies supply sources from Otis factories.
• Coordinates with internal teams to gather cost information for sales pitches.
• Prepares estimation price lists, including all costs and requirements per project.
• Calculates margins and safe buffers for profitable sales propositions.
• Orders materials as per approved drawings.
• Maintains records of sales and contracting activities using ELogistic.
• Archives all contract terms and conditions as per process.
• Reviews key reports monthly to identify trends or metrics needing analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• UAE nationals preferred.
