A local educational service provider in Dubai is seeking a responsible Bus Supervisor cum Support Staff. The role involves ensuring the safe transportation of students and maintaining discipline on the bus. Candidates should have good communication skills and experience in a similar role. - Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu will be an advantage).
- Available to join immediately (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of students while boarding, traveling, and alighting from the bus.
- Maintain discipline on the bus and assist the driver.
- Escort students safely to and from designated points.
Skills
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Bus Supervisor cum Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe transportation of students/staff maintain discipline and safety on the bus and provide general support services within the school premises as needed.
- Ensure the safety and security of students while boarding traveling and alighting from the bus.
- Maintain discipline on the bus and assist the driver in ensuring smooth operations.
- Escort students safely to and from the bus and designated pick-up/drop-off points.
- Report any incidents accidents or concerns to the school administration immediately.
- Provide assistance to school staff in various support functions when not on bus duty.
- Assist with daily operational needs such as classroom support school events and supervision duties.
- Previous experience as a bus attendant/supervisor or in a school support role preferred.
- Ability to handle children with patience care and responsibility.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu will be an advantage).
- Physically fit alert and responsible.
- Available to join immediately (preferred).
- Supportive work environment.
