Job summary
A leading logistics company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Supervisor for operations and maintenance of the Material Handling Conveyor system. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing maintenance reports. The ideal candidate will have an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background and possess 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an FMCG or automated environment, alongside strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge in PLC controllers is an advantage.
- Ability to formulate Risk Assessments and method statements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all operations and maintenance activities for the conveyor system.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports based on work orders.
- Facilitate maintenance teams with necessary tools and support.
