Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
  • Supervise front-desk operations and support junior admin staff.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and insurance teams for seamless patient flow.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and record management.
  • Monitor appointment scheduling, OPD/IPD processes, and patient movement.
  • Support billing verification and insurance documentation as needed.
