We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Client Services Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Luxury Travel & Itinerary Planning: Design and execute customized travel itineraries, including domestic and international travel plans, accommodations, experiences, and activities that exceed client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, anticipating their needs, and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively, with a focus on high-end or luxury sectors.
- Personalized Experiences: Curate bespoke experiences tailored to the specific interests and preferences of clients, ensuring that each journey is unique and unforgettable.
- Logistical Coordination: Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations, private tours, and VIP services.
- On-Site Management: Travel with clients as needed to ensure smooth execution of plans, providing personalized, hands-on service throughout their journey.
- Flexibility & Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to changes in plans or last-minute requests, finding creative solutions to unexpected challenges while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Global Network : The candidate should have a robust network of contacts in the travel, hospitality, and luxury sectors to provide exclusive services and experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the quality of travel experiences and service delivery, seeking feedback to continuously improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, concierge services, event coordination, or a related field. Prior client-facing experience with high-profile clients is preferred.
- Extensive global travel experience and knowledge of diverse cultures, destinations, and luxury travel options.
- Strong ability to think critically and solve problems quickly, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on providing solutions that work in real-time.
- A broad and influential network of contacts within the travel, hospitality, and luxury sectors worldwide.
- Willingness to travel extensively with clients and adapt to changing schedules, needs, and environments.
- Creative, resourceful, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Multilingual language skills are a plus.
