• Design and develop mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet industry standards and function efficiently under specified conditions.
• Lead projects from concept through production, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Evaluate and select materials for projects by assessing their mechanical properties, cost, and availability, while considering environmental impact.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring products are tested and certified according to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and user manuals, that clearly communicate design intent and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical design or product development, preferably with skill in plumbing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in conducting simulations and performance testing to validate design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, ensuring that all designs and products meet rigorous standards and specifications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, client meetings, and project installations, ensuring a hands-on approach to engineering solutions.
