Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance process for guest rooms efficiently.
• Respond to engineering-related guest room requests in a timely manner.
• Execute Work Order PPM & General Maintenance as directed.
• Inform Housekeeping / Front Office of issues preventing room sales.
• Familiarize with operation of the Guest ware enterprise system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly engineering area.
