As the Head of Cloud and DevOps, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cloud and DevOps strategy and services framework to support the group's digital transformation journey. You will collaborate closely with business units and subsidiaries to drive adoption of cloud technologies and DevOps practices, enabling agility, scalability, and efficiency in our operations

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy Development and Execution:
- Define and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for cloud adoption and DevOps transformation aligned with the group's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent and secure cloud and DevOps practices across the organization.

2. Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure Management:
- Evaluate cloud service providers and technologies to determine the most suitable solutions for the group's diverse business needs.
- Design and architect cloud infrastructure and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and management of cloud environments, including migration, provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.

3. DevOps Implementation and Automation:
- Lead the adoption of DevOps methodologies and practices to streamline software development, deployment, and operations processes.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code practices to enable rapid and reliable delivery of applications and services.
- Drive cultural change and collaboration between development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to foster a DevOps mindset and continuous improvement culture.

4. Team Leadership and Talent Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and automation specialists.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the Cloud and DevOps team and across the organization.

5. Vendor Management and Partnership:
- Establish strategic partnerships with cloud service providers, technology vendors, and consulting firms to leverage industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure quality of service and value for the organization.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, and IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving cloud adoption and DevOps transformation in large organizations.

YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of: 4+ years of managerial experience in a related field

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Digital products delivery, Tech & eCommerce Pure Players, PropTech

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and services (Azure preferred), DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform), and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Expertise in implementing Integration platforms and Customer identity solutions (Mulesoft, Forgerock)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading cultural change initiatives.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or DevOps Engineer are highly desirable

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred (Master, MBA).
