• Ensure colleagues are working together as a team to ensureoptimumservice and thatguestneeds are met.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, andcleanliness
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmentalSOP’s
• Monitor duty roster for the team
• Work towards thetimelyset up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the openinghours
• Deep knowledge of the outlets’ menu, promotional activities and other relevant issues concerning the outlet
• Ensure that an effective link ismaintainedbetween kitchen and serviceareas
• ConsistentlymonitorFood and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management
• Upsell food and beverages to maximizerevenues

• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• International experiencepreferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Committed to and passionate about the food and beverageindustry
• Willing to work flexiblehours
