Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Department staff member. This role requires ensuring effective operations and the highest hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas. Candidates should have relevant experience within the hospitality industry while possessing a strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles. Applicants must be physically able to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety hygiene standards and HACCP principles.
- Knowledge of cleaning processes and proper use of cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness in all food and beverage storage areas.
- Sanitize vegetables & fruits and transfer to storage.
- Monitor storage temperatures of chillers and record readings.
