Contribute to the success of the Company through the delivery of impeccable projects.

You will be engaged in tasks related to your technical knowledge and software skills, to reach with your team members and line managers to high standard deliverables in project management.

Project coordination with contractors, suppliers, and ASZ project team, making sure project documents and records are in high standard organizing methods.

Assure all submittals from contractors are filed, and answered in good timely manners.

• Assist project manger in all project stages to achieve best results.
• Prepare detailed BOQ’s and technical specifications.
• Perform site surveys and site inspections.
• Preparation of progress reports, RFI’s, Handover reports, Snagging lists.
• Coordination between different vendors, and main contractor during procurement and construction stages.
• Responding to all RFI’s from contractors, with preparation of required sketches, and supportive detailed drawings.
• Attend project meetings on site or virtually.
• Assist in preparation of projects timeline.
• Track project progress against timelines and report any expected delays to project manager.
• Review, asses, track, and comment contractors technical submittals, and shop drawings comparing them to approved detailed design drawings.
• Prepare, track and receive samples and samples trackers.
• Coordinate civil details with MEP engineers to assure aesthetic and technical result achievement.
• Coordination with designers, and engineering third parties.
• Collection and organization of close-out documents to be filed and submitted to clients on project completion.

• Must be competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, Photoshop, MS Projects. (InDesign, 3d Max, and Revit) is a plus.
• Has a detailed understanding of the various stages, scopes and deliverables of a project.
• Very well organizing skills to be able to manage several tasks at the same standards.
• Developing a good level of experience and understanding of building construction, codes and regulations, and obligations of architect of record;
• Engineering sensitivity, aimed at always bringing the specialists under the Architect’s vision.
• Has a good eye on details, and ability for alternative solutions.

• Architectural or Civil Engineering
• Consultancy or contractual back ground
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Willing and able to travel within the GCC
