Job description

As the Head of B2B Sales, you will be responsible for driving our business development efforts, expanding our client base expanding our client base, and providing Staff Augmentation. You will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and foster key client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the IT / Software Services based Industry
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of B2B Sales professionals, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand our market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our solutions meet or exceed their expectations
  • Implement and refine sales processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide product / service enhancements and sales strategies
  • Accurately forecast sales revenues, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the executive team
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve sales objectives within budget

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales leadership, ideally in IT / Software Services based Industry
  • Strong connections with IT / Software Services based companies located in UAE mainly

Experience with Staff Augmentation is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
