Job summary
A leading manufacturing organization in Dubai is seeking a candidate to train staff, conduct competitor analysis, and identify operational requirements for new and existing products. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree, construction experience, and strong negotiation and analytical skills. A competitive remuneration package is offered.

- You will be responsible for training in-house staff while launching a new product or developing an existing product.
- You will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing competitors.
- Improving productivity and exceed client expectations
- Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be highly regarded
- You will have a background in construction or engineering related products. Piping knowledge is preferable.
- Fluent in English. Arabic speaking is an added advantage
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills is required. Project management experienced will be advantageous.
