We are a leading supermarket chain with a strong presence in Abu Dhabi and are looking for an experienced Supermarket Purchaser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the supermarket industry and be able to source products at the best possible price while ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new suppliers and products for our supermarkets
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible price and payment terms
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the supermarket is well-stocked and meets customer demand
  • Review purchase orders and ensure that all orders are fulfilled according to the agreed-upon terms
  • Track and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and increased profitability
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to ensure that the supermarket is offering competitive products and pricing

Requirements:
