A dynamic events management firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact event solutions across sectors like architecture and technology. Ideal candidates have over 4 years of experience in event sales, a strong network in the UAE, and excellent communication skills. Frequent travel across Dubai, Sharjah, and RAK is required.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in event sales or account management, ideally within architecture, real estate, or tech sectors.
- Strong UAE network and proven track record of closing high-value event deals.
- Understanding of event production workflows, including AV, staging, and immersive technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- A full UAE driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of event clients and strategic accounts.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for corporate, real estate, and tech-driven events.
- Collaborate with internal production and creative teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Translate complex event concepts into compelling client offerings.
