As a Senior Foreman at ALEC FITOUT, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-end interiors for luxury spaces across hospitality, retail, and commercial developments. This is your opportunity to lead by example through coordination, supervision, and technical excellence.

You will report to the Construction/Project Manager and play a pivotal role within the site team, overseeing day-to-day operations of Fitout works and ensuring high-quality execution in alignment with project standards, timelines, and safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and team performance
• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and safety compliance
• Plan tasks and allocate resources efficiently
• Review drawings and guide site teams accordingly
• Monitor material use and minimize waste
• Conduct quality checks and resolve minor issues
• Report progress and escalate major concerns
• Train and support new team members
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment

• Fitout trades (marble, wood, glazing, painting, etc.)
• Strong communication with workers and managers
• Proactive, reliable, and independent
• Good leadership, planning, and motivational skills
• Time management and computer proficiency
• English (oral and written)

• Over 4 years’ experience as a Foreman, with at least 3 years in a Fitout company
• First Aider certification
