The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and market trends, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven 10-15 years of experience as a Sales Manager in relevant industries.
3. Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and market trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
7. Valid driver's license (preferred).
