Job description

On behalf of our client, LHH is actively seeking a motivated Sales Product Specialist with a strong technical background whom will be responsible for providing support and training to the surgical teams on the technical features and medical equipment of our client products, in cooperation with local distributors.

This role will serve as a key point of reference for surgeons and commercial partners across the Middle East, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Responsabilità

• Support surgeons in the operating room
• Liaise with local distributors.
• Collaborate with management (HQ) in market management and business development.
• Provide technical training and product updates to physicians and distributors.
• Monitor commercial activities in the region, collecting feedback and identifying business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed established growth targets.

Profilo

• Technical-scientific education (preferably in biomedical engineering or related fields).
• Previous experience in similar roles (Product Specialist, Clinical Specialist, Field Application Specialist, or equivalent).
• Technical expertise in the orthopedic medical device's industry.
• Availability to travel frequently (weekly) across the Middle East.
• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of English. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Preferable residence in Riyadh, Dubai, or Beirut.
