Project Services Manager
Job summary
A leading project management firm is seeking a Project Services Manager in Dubai to oversee a major gas development project in Libya. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Project Services, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English. A rotation schedule of 10 weeks on and 2 weeks off is provided.

- 5+ years in the oil and gas industry and onshore/offshore engineering.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 15 years in Project Services / Project Control post-degree
- At least 5 years in the oil and gas industry and onshore / offshore engineering
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
Rotation Schedule : 10 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Travel : Economy flights provided at the start and end of each rotation cycle.
