A popular café in Umm Al Quwain is hiring a Barista Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead a team of baristas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of barista experience and 1 year in a supervisory role, mastering coffee preparation and customer service. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required. This role emphasizes independent management and immediate joining is preferred. Excellent customer service and adherence to hygiene standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Barista and at least 1 year as a Supervisor in the F&B industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Master-level expertise in coffee preparation and latte art.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in inventory management and POS handling.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily café operations and lead a team of minimum 2 staff members.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation standards.
• Train and guide baristas in beverage preparation, customer service, and hygiene practices.
• Manage the café independently, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and usage control.
• Handle POS systems, cash management, and prepare daily sales summaries.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with UAE food safety guidelines.
• Ensure excellent customer service and manage customer queries or complaints effectively.
• Coordinate staff schedules, performance, and operational improvements.
