To take payment for all food ordered and ensure that it is accurately recorded.
To coordinate the food service thereby ensuring all customers are served promptly.
To store all food items according to the Gyros procedure.
To carry out all daily and weekly cleaning procedures according to the schedules.
To make sure that the front of house area is kept clean at all times.
To assist in the training of new members.
To comply with any other reasonable requests by a member of the Management team.
